À¯·´µµ 1965³â ÀÌÈÄ ºÀ±º ¼ö °¨¼Ò°¡ °üÂûµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù. ƯÈ÷ 1998³âÀ» ±âÁ¡À¸·Î À¯·´ÀÇ ¾çºÀ³ó°¡µéÀº ºÀ±ºÀÇ ºñÁ¤»óÀûÀÎ ¾àÈ¿Í Æó»ç¸¦ º¸°íÇϰí ÀÖ´Ù.[8]

IUCNÀº ´õ Áß¿äÇÑ »ç½ÇÀ» ÁöÀûÇߴµ¥, À¯·´ ¾ß»ý¹ú Á¾ °¡¿îµ¥ 56.7%°¡ µ¥ÀÌÅÍ ºÎÁ·À¸·Î ¸êÁ¾ À§Ç輺À» Æò°¡ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø´Ù°í ÀüÇß´Ù.[10]
